Vendor Info for the 2019 HHRGC Holiday Bazaar!

Be a Vendor at the Holiday Bazaar!

A limited number of tables are still available for you to display your wares! Here are the details:

  • Items must be new, and may be hand-made (knitted, crocheted, woodworked items, etc.) or manufactured for resale (e.g. Avon, Cookie Lee).
  • Choice of table size: 8’ rectangle, 2-1/2’ square, 5’ round. If your first choice is unavailable, we reserve the right to place you at a comparable table. (For example, two vendors that requested small square tables might share a long rectangular table if the small ones are gone.)
  • Tables will feature a white linen tablecloth. You’re welcome to replace this with a cloth you bring with you, and may decorate your table any way you like!
  • Set-up period is from 12:00-12:45 p.m., and tear-down is from 4:00-4:30 p.m.
  • Application and payment must be received by the club to finalize your reservation. If payment is not received by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 7, your table may be given to someone on the waiting list.
  • Payments are tax-deductible and non-refundable. To pay, complete and send a vendor form along with payment by personal check to: Holiday Bazaar, c/o Pamela Kratzke, Holmes Harbor Rod & Gun Club, 3334 E. Brooks Hill Road, Langley, WA 98260
  • Or drop by the club during operating hours and complete a form that will be available at the bar, and pay by cash or personal check.
